Ec understand that it is contemplated tact this LASL visit may resalt in recommendations for further modifications to our security systems.
We cannot accept such continuing revision of these sensitive program requirements.
As you know, we have made every effort to comp'-
with the requirements of 10 CFR 73,55 and to complete our Revised Modified Amended Security Plan and the installation of physical security equipment and systems.
We have continuously strived to meet the deadlines you established.
Our revised physical security program is now in the final stages of completion, and will be implemented shortly.
Any new modifications will require additional expenditure and further delay the final implementation of the revised Security Plan.
We would strenuously object to any additional modifications to the plant design and to the security equipment and systems that have been previously coordinated with your review team and have already been installed.
