In a letter dated September 26, 2019, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission determined that the Oklo, Inc. (Oklo) Safeguards Information Handling and Protection Plan provides sufficient assurance that Oklo will protect the safeguards information (SGI) entrusted to it in accordance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 73.21, Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements, and 10 CFR 73.22, Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements. Enclosed is the SGI requested in the Oklo Safeguards Information Handling and Protection Plan.
