This refers to the investigation conducted by Ms. Jean Dawson and Ms. Joan Rucker of this office on April 10, 1980, of the activities authorized by a Nuclear Regulatory Cou: mission general license pursuant to 10 CFR, Part 150.20,
" Recognition of Agreement State License" based on your Texas State License 22163 and to the discussion of our findings held by Ms. Dawson and Ms. Rucker with Mr. A. Monday on April 10, 1980.
The investigation was an examination of the activities conducted under the license as they relate to security of radioactive material and the theft of a radiography source. The investigation consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records and an interview with Mr. Monday by the investigators.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were found during the investigation.
