of Ohio License No. 34-16805-01 Based on the inspection conducted on April 24, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
The item is an infraction.
10CFR 34.33(a) requires that each radiographer or radiographer's assistant at all times during radiographic operations, wear a direct reading pocket dosimeter and either a film badge or a thermoluminescence dosimeter.
Contrary to the above on the day of inspection, a radiographer involved in radiographic operation did not wear a pocket dosi-meter, film badge or thermoluminescence dosimeter.
