This is in response to your letter of April 15, 1980 regarding your corrective action to amend the items of noncompliance identified in our letter dated March 5, 1980. As per a telephone conversation between Dr. Gopala Rao of your staff and Ms. N. A. Nicholson of this office on April 18, 1980, it is our understanding the following cor-rective action for the first two items of noncompliance will be taken.
1.
Survey instruments will be calibrated at the beginning of each college term, the frequency specified by Condition 16 of your license.
2.
Leak test records of sealed sources will be maintained at six month intervals as required by License Condition 15.
If our above understanding is not correct, please contact this office at 312/932-2500. We will examine your corrective action during a future inspection.
