This refers to the management meeting held at your facility on February 29, 1980, which was attended by Mr. James C. Moss and W. E. Vetter and G. D. Brown of this office.
During the meeting, the Commission enforcement options were discussed in connec-tion with the investigation which was conducted of your licensed activities by Mr. C. L. Cain of this office on December 19, 1979.
In addition, your response dated January 28, 1980, to our Notice of Violation dated December 19, 1979, was discussed.
In particular, additional information is required with respect to item one of the Notice of Violation as to what management control has, or will be implemented to preclude recurrence of this item. You should, therefore, submit this information within ten (10) days of the receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
