ACTIONS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE TMI ACTION PLAN NEAR-TERM OPERATING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS An ad hoc subgroup met on January ll,15 and 22,1980, to consider the need for changes in NRC's regulations in order to implement the Near-Term Operating License Requirements. Those participating were:
Warren Minners, NRR Jim Stone, IE Jim Wolf, ELD A. L. Eiss, SD G. A. Arlotto, SD (Chairman)
Our recomendations are enclosed. Also enclosed is a memorandum from ELD stating "no legal objections to the recomendations" and providing additional views regarding implementation of these recomendations.
This completes our assignment.
