DOCKET fl0. 50 289 In reviewing our Septader 20,1972, filing in the captioned matter, we discovered two errors which could cause some confusion.
Accordingly, we wish to point.out (1) that this filing was in-tended to be made "Before the Commission," and not "Before the Atas'c Safety and Licensing Board" as the caption of the filing errraeously states; and- (2) that the reference in the first pr agraph to "the Septeder 7 filing" is incorrect and should be interpreted as a reference to the A:: gust 7 Retition for Inter-vention filed by Citizens for a Safe Environnent and the Environ-mental Coalition.of liuclear Power.

Accordingly, we wish to point out (1) that this filing was in-tended to be made "Before the Comission," and not "Before the Atcaic Safety and Licensing Board" as the caption of the filing erroneously states; and (2) that the reference in the first paragraph to "the September 7 filing" is incorrect and should be interpreted as a reference to the August 7 Petition for Inter-vention filed by Citizens for a Safe Environment and the Environ-mental Coalition of Nuclear Poder.
