ORDER RELATIVE TO STIPULATION CONCERNING 10 C.F.R.
PART 70 On September 24, 1979, the Staff transmitted a stipulation dated September 18, 1979, concerning the issuance of materials license pursuant to 10 C.F.R. Part 70, to permit receipt, pos-session and storage of unirradiated new fuel assemblies at the site.
The stipulation was signed by North Shore Committee Against Thermal and Nuclear Pollution, the Staff and the Applicant.
The stipulation is accepted by the Board.
