Dear Ms. Bishop:
I am in receipt of your letter requesting copies of the Allens Creek Environmental Report and Safety Analysis Report. The documents to which you refer were prepared by the Applicant and submitted as cart of its aoplication for a construction permit for the Allens Creek facility. The NRC Staff documents are called the Safety Evaluation Report and the Final Environmental Statement (and Supplements to both documents). All four of these documents are available for your use at the Local Public Document Room (LPDR) which has been established in connection with this proceeding. The address of the LPDR is the Sealy Public Library, 201 Atchison Street, Austin County Building, Sealy, Texas. The documents can also be found at the Houston Public Library, 500 McKinney, Houston, Texas.
