12 DESCR:PTION OF AMENDMENT / MOD.FtCA*CN Modify the above contract as follows:
ARTICLE I - STATEMENT 0F WORK _
ADD: The contractor shall review and analyze NRC's progress in developing and implementing both the executive and management development prograns as now expanded by recently provided OPM guidance and criteria. The additional reviews and discussions with the Director, Management Developmsnt and Training Staff will make it possible to (1) anticipate and identify problems in the implementation of SES-related programs and other executive management development activities; and (2) make the correct recommenda tions to senior management for specific actions to correct and facilitate imple-mentation of an Executive Management Development Program throughout NRC.
NEXT TO LAST PARAGRAPH - Delete "Four one day meetings (one each quarter)" and Substitute "An estimate of ten (10) one-day meetings".
ARTICLE III - CONSIDERATION - Delete......'.' estimated to be eight man days"and Substitute = " estimated to be twenty man days".
