Gentlemen:
Haddam Neck Plant Seismic Analysis for As-Built Safety-Related Piping Systems I&E Bulletin No. 79-14, Reference (1) as amended by References (2) and (3), re-quested that Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) initiate a program to verify the accuracy of input information for the seismic analyses of safety-related piping.
Item (1) of Reference (1) requested that for each safety-related system at the Haddam Neck Plant, CYAPCO submit a list of design documents which were sources of input information for the seismic analyses and describe the input information contained in each document. This information was provided in Reference (4).
Item (2) of Reference (1) requested that CYAPCO inspect specific portions of normally accessible safety-related systems for conformance to the seismic analysis input information e t forth in the design documents specified in Reference (4). Accordingly, CYAPC0 hereby submits the attached information which includes:
(a) A list of normally accessible sr.fety-related systems or portions of systems including the status of inspections and number of discrepancies identified to date.

(b) A list of nonconformance reports identified during inspections resultir.g from I6E Bulletin No. 79-02 which is relative to I&2 Bulletin No. 79-14, including engineering disposition and the status of any repair work.
Non-conformances affecting system operability have been reported under LER's 79-07/IP and IT and 79-08/lP and II.
Repairs have been completed as noted under NCR's CY 79-137-3 and -39 on the attached list.
Discrepancies identified and tabulated in the attachment have been evaluated in accordance with Item (2) of Reference (3) and determined not to compromise the operability of any safety-related systems, except as noted above. All supportive documentatian is available at the Ibddam Neck Plant site for your review.
