Dear Mr. MacDonald:

It has ccrne to our attention that Nuclear Engineering Company has been removed f rom the list of users of the following transportation packages for which Certificates of Complaince have been issued:

Package Name Certificate of Complaince B-3 6058 B-2 6144 Poly Panther 6272 Supertiger 6400 Half Supertiger 6679 Nuclear Engineering Company owns one or more of each of the above packages and rents these packages to generators of radio-active waste.

These packages, owned by Nuclear Engineering Company, are then utilized to transport radioactive materials to either Nuclear Engineering Company's radioactive waste disposal sites or the Barnwell, South Carolina radioactive waste disposal site.

In order for Nuclear Engineering Company to properly maintain p

the equipment and to stay abreast of any changes which may occur in the Certificates of Compliance, Nuclear Engineering Company must be listed as e user of these packages.
