On April 27, 1979, Natural Resources Defense Council (NEDC) requested cn c>: tension of tinn to file notions for sutrary disposition. Applicant, on May 1,1979, fued a response to NRDC's request and a notion recuesting an extension of time for filing notions for sunmry disposition. NRC Staff (Staff) filed a similar motion on May 2,1979. Good cause having been sher.m in all cases and no objections filed, all requests are granted.
Sta#f is granted up to and including May ll,1979 to file rations for surary disposition. NRDC and Applicant are granted up to and including May 21, 1979 to file notions for sucmary disposition of contentions.
