The Interi= Report regarding subject significant deficiency states the Final Report is scheduled to be in your office by June 1,1979 As discussed with Mr. J. Konklin on May 23, 1979, we are continuing our evaluation of the Intake Structures. Until this evaluation is ca=pleted, our Final Report cannot be completed.

It is anticipated that the evaluation vill be completed so that a Final Report can be submitted by August 31, 1979 Very tmly yours,
