Dear Roy:
I would highly recommend that you consider having your 1980 Conference at the Doubletree. The rooms and meeting facilities were excellent and I think the staff did an excellent job of accommodating the meeting participants. The late January date, of course, would enable everyone to take advantage of off-season rates--
but from the turn-out you hrd this year, season rates did not seem to deter many. You might also want to consider using University of Arizona space if more meeting area is needed.
I will look forward to hearing from you about 1980's conference.
