Docket No. 50-3580L DAVID FANKHAUSER'S RESPONSE TO PROPOSED TIME TABLE OF EVENTS As requested, Intervenors David Fankhauser submits his re-sponse to the Board's proposed schedule of events.
1.
Discovery - It is requested that discovery not be closed until April 1,
1979, for the reason that Dr. Fankhauser intends to submit additional interrogatories on or about March 15, 1979.
2.
Prehearing Conference - It is respectfully requested that the prehearing conference be scheduled after April 1,
1979. Dr.
Fankhauser's teaching responsibilities make his participation in a mid-March prehearing conference difficult if not impossible.
