Dear Harold:
I have your kind invitation to speak at your course on Atomic Energy Law and Ilegulation in September, and thank you for it.
It ought to be rather interesting this year, in view of current events and their possible aftermaths.
Once again I am trying to be in Europe just at the time you have the course.
I have accepted a speaking engagement in Copenhagen at a meeting Septt 4er 23 to 26, and 1: ope to go en to Vienna for some business at the Agency after the meeting.
Last year I got mugged just before a sirailar trip and had to cancel.
Heaven knows what will befall this tir.e.
I wili -ccce and speak if I a:a here, and not disabled, but I think you had better get a firmer contnitment from soneone else.
I am sure one of the othar Cec.aissioners would be glad to speak at the luncheon--why don't you try Peter Bredford?
