Warnick Reportable Occurrence No. 79-12 An inrpection of Region 4 assemblies which were just removed from Unit I during our Core IV-V refueling revealed rod bowing which was greater than that seen on previously discharged assemblies. Westinghouse is performint; further studies to determine whether or not this exceeds the amount assumed in their analysis.
We have therefore concluded that this may be reportable under TS 6.7 Bill.
All of the fuel in Region 4 was discharged from the Core and additional inspection of fuel in other regions showed normal results.
