Fee for Overpressurization Mitigating System Technical Specification Changes.
Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Alabama Power Company was informed by NRC personnel that a fee is due for overpressurization mitigating system Technical Specification changes even though NRC required the system to be designed prior to implementation of 10CFR170.
According to 10CFR170.22 this license amendment is a Class III Amendment; therefore, a check for $4,000.00 is enclosed.
