Dear Mr. MacDonald:
As an addendum to our request of January 24, 1979, we respectfully request an additional administrative change to Certificate of Compliance No. 6375, Revision 5, dated August 29, 1978. We have reviewed the drawings referenced in Condition 5(a)(3) and are submitting Drawing No. 9123-6PB-0001, Rev.E (CNS Dwg. No. 1-331-103) which defines the as-built shipping container.
Eight copies of Drawing No. 9123-6PB-0001, Rev.E. are enclosed.
Items on Rev. E which are not on the C. of C. referenced Rev. B do not affect the safety analysis for the package.
