This refers to your application dated December 28, 1978 requesting approval of the Dower Authority of the State of New York (Authority) Quality Assurance (QA) prearrm -

As noted in your application, the Authority has elected to utilize its existing
" Operations Quali ty Assurance Programs...."
It is requested that the Authority reference tha specific docketed information which describes your operationa' QA programs 7, both the Fitzpatrick and Indian Point Unit No. 3 facilities This can be accomplished by identifying the applicable Docket Number, the Amendment Number of the application and, if necessary, letters sent to the Occket that describe the QA programs that have been approved.
Please submit seven copies of your response to this request within 30 days following receipt of this letter.
