This refers to your application dated November 24, 1978 requesting approval of Philadelphia Electric Company's (PEC) Quality Assurece (QA) program to meet ine requirements of 10 CFR U1.51.
As noted in your application, PEC has elected to utilize its existing
" Operational Quality Assurance Program."
It is requested that PEC identify the specific amendment to the FSAR where the existing QA prc-ram for Peach Bottom, Unit Nos. 2 and 3,.s documented.
