Dear Senator Proxmire:
Thank you for your letter of December 15, 1979 referring correspondence from Mr. Francis J. Russart concerning spent nuclear fuel storage at the Haven plant. This letter expresses concerns previously indicated by Mr. and firs. Raymond Russart in thier letter to you of November 14, 1978.
We responded to that letter on January !7 1979 with information concerning the allowance of increased capability for storage of spent nuclear fuel. Accordingly, I am enclosing a copy of that letter and its attachments for your use in responding to Mr. Russart.
