CENTRAL POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH TO RESPOND TO HOUSTON LIGHTING

& POWER COMPANY'S FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES Central Power and Light Company (" CPL"), through its attorneys, respectfully requests that the time within which it may respond to Houston Lighting & Power Company's

("HLP") First Set of Interrogatories be extended to March 23, 1979. In support of this Motion CPL says that the fifty-nine HLP Interrogatories request very detai2ed informa-tion which was not possible to collect in the time permitted by the Rules of the Commission. Furthermore, CPL says that counsel for HLP has authorized CPL to represent to this Board that HLP has no objection to the extension of time

. sought by this Motion.
