As holder of NRC license SNM-23 and as recuired by 10 CFR 73, Texas Instruments Incorporated is submitting for your approval the enclosed copies of our General Criteria for Security Personnel.
This is to replace the present Chapter 5 in our
" Plan for the Protection of Nuclear Facilities and Nuclear Materials".
We believe our General Criteria for Security Personnel meets the criteria set forth in Appendix B of 10 CFR 73.
