Dear Mr. Cunningham:
Exxon Nuclear Company, Inc. operates a fuels fabrication plant under U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission License No. SNM-1227 at 2101 llorn Rapids Road in Richland, Washington 99352. The discharges from this plant are listed as required by the regulations for the reporting period of July 1,1978 through December 31, 1978.

The releases of uranium to atmosphere exceeded our design guide during startup period for Line 2.
The problems associated with Line 2 process offgas system have been corrected, and current operation is in accordance with our design guide.
