12. OtScriPfiOH Of AMINDMf NT/ MODIFICATION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance under the Contract.

Accordingly, the f ollowing change is made:

1.

Article II - Period of Performanca, is changed to read as follows:

"The Period of Performance under this contract is September 28, 1977 through March 2, 1979."

II.

This above change is made at no additional cost to the Commission.
