It is-requested that Combustion Engineering, Inc., (Docket 70-1100) be granted a 60 day extension for submittal of our revised Emergency Plan which is currently due on February 16, 1979. The need for additional time in lieu of the current high volume of licensing work being sub-mitted was discussed during a telephone conversation between Mr. W. T.
Crow of your staff and Mr. G. J. Bakevich of our staff on January 22, 1979.
We will make every effort to submit the required plan before the requested
'due date of April 16, 1979.
