ORDER GPdNTING EXTENSION OF TISE (iebruary 9, 1979)
On February 5, 1979, Counsel for Consumers Power Company (Consumers) filed a motion for extension of time for themselves and all other parties to provide certain information relevant to the remanded disclosure issue, as ordered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board.
Good cause having been shown and no objections having been filed, the motion is granted.
Consumers as well as all other parties may have to and including March 30, 1979 to submit the requested information.
