MOTION OF THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE CN REACTOR SAFEGUARDS TO FILE A 3RIEF AMICUS CURIAE The Advisory Ccamittee on Reactor Safeguards, by the undersigned counsel, hereby moves to file a brief amicus curiae in the above-titled proceeding limited to the issue of the subpcena of its consultants, Drs. Mihailo Trifunac and Enrique Luco.
Counsel, an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel, states that ho was not involved in the development of the Commission's interpretation of 10 CFR 2.720(h) as applied to ACRS consultants, nor will he be involved at any future time with adjudicatory matters involving these licenses except as to the present issue.
Further, those attorneys in the Office of the General Counsel who participated in the interpretation of 10 CFR 2.720(h) will not be involved in representing the ACRS in this proceeding.
