Dear Mr. Wallin:
This is in response to your letter dated January 31, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of (1) Draft Report entitled A Statistical Evaluation of the Nuclear Safety-Related Performance of NRC Operator Reactor Licensees During 1976 and (2) individual site ratings from the IE Employee Survey on Evaluation of Licensees, April 1978. Your request was received by the Office of Administration on February 5,1979.
This is to confirm a conversation you had with Ms. Mary Jean Raphael of nty staff on February 6, agreeing to have the NRC's Public Document Room reproduction contractor, Potomac Research, Inc. reproduce these two documents for you and bill you directly. The cost for reproducing documents located at the Public Document Room is eight cents ($ 08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a), a copy of which is enclosed.
