TELECON ON DECEMBER 19, 1978 WITH MP DALE SCHULTZ, UNITED NUCLEAR CORPORATION, WOOD RIVER JUNCTION, RI, RE: SUBMITTAL 0F EMERGENCY PLAN The subject telephone conversation concerned the anticipated date for the submittal of an emergency plan for the Wood River Junction plant, which would meet the regulatory requirements. Mr. Scht 'tz is still drafting the plan and wanted until February 28, 1979, to complete and submit the plan for our review.
In response to my request that he show evidence of UNC's planning effort before tha (effacH " mHy March 1979 period, Mr. Schultz promised to cM1 on January 4, 1979, with a schedule for his bringing a copy of the draft plan to the office for our review about mid-January.
