'Ihis motion was supported by points and authorities and the affidavit of lowell John Dosch.

This motion to quash will be heard and considered by the Board at 10:00 a.m., local time, Wednesday, January 24, 1979, in the State Building, Roca 1202 (First Floor), 310 McAllister Street, San Francisco, California 94102.
