On December 28, 1978, the Southern California Edison Company (Edison),
not a party to this proceeding, appeared specially and filed a untion to.
ceash a subpcena duces tecun which had been served upon Edison by IER.
'Ihis motion was supported by points and authorities and the affidavit of lowell John Dosch.
This motion to quash will be heard and considered by the Board at 10:00 a.m., local time, Wednesday, January 24, 1979, in the State Building, Roca 1202 (First Floor), 310 McAllister Street, San Francisco, California 94102.
