g In accordance with your application transnitted by letter dated February 1, i 1980, as supplemented Parch 14, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70 Special Nuclear f'aterial License No. SNH-368 is hereby amended to include your emergency plan.
Accordingly, effective July 31, 1980, Condition 12 of SNF-358 is amended to read as follows:
Condition 12:
The licensee shall maintain a capability for handling emergencies

f n accordance with the emergency plan transmitted by the letter of February 1,1980, and supplemented !! arch 14, 1980.
The licensee shall make no changes to the plan which decrease its effectiveness without the prior approval of the Commission.
Changes made to the emergency plan without prior Commission approval shall be submitted within thirty days, for information purposes, to the Region I Office of Inspection and Enforcement, and to the Office of f:uclear !!aterial Safety and Safeguards.
E All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
