Dear Mr. O'Fellly:
In response to the reference a special audit of the Lynchburg Rescatch Center was conducted. The purpose of the audit war, to determine the status of the center'n Shipping and Receiving operatiene as they relate to the transfer, packaging nad transport of low-level radioactive waste.
