In view of the Three Mile Island accident, the Staff does not presently take a position on Applicant's motion to dismiss Intervenor's Contensions 1, 2, 4 and 6 involving off-site monitoring, emergency planning, and meeting the design objectives of Appendix I of Part 50 of 10 CFR. We ask the Licensing Board to defer the consideration of che Applicant's motion until the Staff can further review this matter and can take a position on this motion.
