Please find enclosed seven copies of our Quality Control Program complying with Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 71.
We received our U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Materials License in January of 1979 and we under-stand that we must furnish a QA Program in addition to our operating procedures, even though our license authorizes us to use, possess and ship Iridium 192 sources.
Our license No. is 43-11213-02.
