ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RELATIVE TO DISMISSAL The Board was put on notice last spring that Evelyn Stebbins' health would not permit her to remain active in this proceeding and a lack of funds and absence of leadership were hampering the activity of the Coalition For Safe Electric Power in its participation.
The Board's Orders directing response to Applicants' and Staff's interrogatories were ignored by the Intervenors.
By Orders dated April 20, 1978, and January 22, 1979, the Board dis-missed all the contentions of these Intervenors.
On February 16, 1979, the Applicants moved for dismissal as parties to the proceeding.
The Staff supported the motion on March 7, 1979.
Applicants supplemented its motion on March 7, 1979, with an additional filing.
