Dear Ms. Sullivan:
This supplements our previous response dated February 6,1979 concerning your letter dated January 19, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, additional documents under F0IA-78-311 on scheduling at the La Salle County Station and meetings between Common-wealth Edison Company and AEC/NRC personnel during the licensing process.
In further response to your request, the additional documents listed in Appendix A are enclosed and copies are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
Minutes for the meetings held on September 6,1972, February 25, 1975 and July 28, 1976 are in the PDR and Local Public Document Room (LPDR) located at the Illinois Valley Community College, Rural Route #1, Oglesby, Illinois.
Minutes for the meetings listed by you as being held on December 22, 1975 February 23-25, 1972, fiarch 2, 1972, October 11, 1973 and January 16, 1974 cannot be located.
It appears that either the meetings on those dates never took place, or that if any did take place, a staff summary was not prepared.
In either case, no minutes can be found.
Appendix B lists the inspection report numbers for all inspections conducted relative to the La Salle County Station by the NRC's Region III Office of Inspection and Enforcement through January 31, 1979.
Copies of these reports may be obtained, at a cost of eight cents per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission' regulations, by writing to tne PDR in Washington, D.C. Copies are also available at the LPDR. Please note, however, that some of the reports for the inspections conducted in late 1978 or in 1979 may not be in the PDR or LPDR pending internal review by the Office of Inspection and Enforcement or proprietary review by the applicant / licensee.
