We are returning, under separate cover, all copies of both Parts 1 and 2 of your application for renewal of materials license SNM-1461.
As we discussed, changes are needed in the application primarily to assure that Part 2 contains only unrestricted information, and to add technical details to Part i relating to past personnel exposure experience and environmental monitoring.
Pending receipt of the modified application, your existing license will remain in effect under the timely renewal provisions of 10 CFR 2.109.
