Pending further clarification or change in the Form fiRC-741 instructions, we are agreeable to your plan that, in the future, if measurement data are suspect under similar circumstances you will file an interim report.
Of course, we will expect this action to take place within thirty days of material receipt as required by 10 CFR 70.54 and include concurrent written notification to this office giving an explanation of the difficulty and the date such difficulty will be resolved.
The corrective action you have taken on the second noncompliance item will be reviewed during our next material control and accountinr, in-spection.
