..... ~ INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RE~~SE D INTERIM I./ I FINAL PART I.D - COMMENTS Upon receipt of your request, we tasked the offices of the Secretary to the Commission (SECY) and Congressional Affairs (OCA) to search for responsive records.

In response to a previous FOlA request, FOIA/PA-2017-0341, we released a log of congressional correspondence for the time period, January 1, 2015 through February 9, 2017. (Note that entries reflecting correspondence between the NRC and individuals or entities other than Congress were treated as "non-responsive records) The agency's response to FOlA/

PA-2017-0341 is publicly available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), which 1s the NRC's official recordkeeping system See ML17088A699. Records with an ML accession number are publicly available m the NRC's Public Electronic Reading Room at http:www.nrc gov/reading-rm.html If you need assistance in obtaining these records, please contact the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR) at 301-415-4737, or 1-800-397-4209, or by email to PDR.Resource@nrc.gov Wrthin that log, please refer to page 50 of the PDF file for entry CORR-17-0001, which is the only entry responsive to your request. Please note that, although the log entry rtself does not specify Senator Harris' name, SECY staff has informed us that Senator Hams was a recipient of this letter.

Our office recently received another FOIA request that is seeking logs of congressional correspondence for the time period 2015-January 15, 2019 (NRC-2019-000167). In response to that request, we are releasing the enclosed logs. (:Ne expect that this response will be available in ADAMS in the near future.) Staff in SECY have confirmed that there are no additional items of congressional correspondence through February 8, 2019 Note that entries reflecting correspondence between the NRC and individuals or entities other than Congress are treated as "non-responsive records." On these logs, there are two entries that are responsive to your request. On the LTR log, LTR-18-0318 is responsive, on the COR log, CORR-18--0077 is responsive. As with the entry included in the response to FOINPA-2017-0341, even though these entries do not mention Senator Harris by name, she was a recipient of these letters as the letter was sent to multiple Senators.
