CLARIFICATION OF ORDER OF MARCH 6,1979 (March 15, 1979)
On March 6,1979, the Board issued its Order Granting Joint Motion for Withdrawal of Subpoenas and Motions. This order was issued pursuant to a joint motion filed on March 1,1979 by CPL and Brownsville, relating to subpoenas previously requested for and served upon five named companies. Brownsville had also been issued a separate subpoena for one (Union Carbide Corporation) of the five ccxupanies covered by the CFL subpoenas. The Order of March 15, 1979 is clarified to reflect that only the subpoena for the Union Carbide Corporation was withdrawn by Brownsville, upon the conditions set forth in the Joint Motion.
A subpoena upon Gulf States Utilities was issued on February 26, 1979 at the request of Brownsville, and it was served on March 6, 1979.
Gulf States filed a moticn for an extension of time to respond to the subpoena for production of documents on March 9,1979, and it was 290/10GCO 66 ivl granted an extension of time to respond to April 11, 1979 by our Order dated March 13, 1979. The subpoena duces tecum to Gulf States renains in full force and effect, as extended.
