Extension of Revision No.1 to Certificate of Compliance No. 9079
Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Mr. Norman Shepard of Hittman Nuclear & Development Corporation (HNDC) on March 9,1979 expressed to Mr. Dick Odegaarden the need for HNDC to have USNRC Certificate of Compliance No. 9079 Rev.1 extended for an additional two months from March 31,1979 to May 31,1979. Mr. Odegaarden indicated that such an extension would be possible but would be considered a minor administrative change.
HNDC is hereby requesting this extension and distribution of this extension to the registered users of the casks.
Enclosed is HNDC check No. M 001933 in the amount of $150. 00 for payment in full for a minor administrative change.
