This submission is in accordance with the letters from J. B. Martin (Paference 2) and W. T. Crow (Reference 4).
We believe that tnis plan conplies with the wements of Annex B to St01-1097, Appendix E of 10 CFR 50, and NRC Pegulatory Guide 3.42.
