Clark St. 61h Floor Chicago, IL 60605 FEMA Enclosed is theAfter~Action Report/Improvement Plan for the OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, Radiological Emergency Preparedness Progr~, Medical Services Drill. The drill was held at the medical center's Emergency Department in Rockford, Illinois on July 11, 2019.

There were no issues identified during the drill.

  • Based on the results of the exercise, the planning and preparedness for the State of Illinois and affected local jurisdictions provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken to protect public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR 350, approval of the off site radiological en1ergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Illinois, remains in effect.
