This refers to your closcout survey subd tted to us in your letter of February 14, 1980 and to the confirmatory survey.ede by this office on February 28, 1960 of your Watertower Place facility at 845 fi. Michigan Avenue, Suite 991W.
Our confitaatory survey results are consistent with the results sub-mittea to us in your closeout radiation survey of the Watertower Place facility. We detected no beta or gamma rcdiation levels above natural backe;round. A review of your survey shows similar results. Our detailed survey results will be sent to you in the inspection report on your Ontario Street facility.
Since your survey shows that your facility meets our guidelines for decontamination, we have no objection to the release of your Water-tower Place tacility for unrestricted use.
