Nunzio De Santis Northeast and Mid-West District Manager 700 Church Road Suite F Elmhurst, IL 60126 Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter dated January 23, 1980, informing us of the results of your internal audit, and of your request for an extension of 45 days to make changes in your program as necessary to achieve compliance in record keeping and radiatian safety.
As a result of an allegation received by us during the afternoon of January 21, 1980, we performed a partial inspection of your facilities and program on January 22, 1980, to verify the availability of an authorized user to supervise your program. During this brief inspec-tion, two apparent items of noncompliance. were identified and dis-cussed with your Assistant Manager at the conclusion of the inspec-tion.
Because of the noncompliance items identified and anonymous allegations received by us with regard to your program, we plan to perform a complete inspection of your licensed program in the near future.
We anticipate that this will be within the 45 day extension period you requested.
Problems in your program which are identified, and corrective action taken, by yourself, plus cooperation with us in these matters will be considered when final enforcement action is reviewed subsequent to completion of the inspection.
Sincerely,
}
