Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Refinery Preducts Corporation License No. 48-03665-02 Based on the inspection conducted on January 8, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This ' tem is a deficiency.
1.
10 CFR 34.43(d) requires that records be kept of surveys made to determine that each sealed source is in its shielded condi-tion prior to securing the radiographic exposure device and storage container.
Contrary to the above, as of the date of this inspection records of these surveys had not been kept since the last inspection on November 28, 1978.
